ZippyApp - Recruitment Marketing is seeking a dedicated individual to assist the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) at A&W® in executing daily operations. This role includes directing Team Members to provide quality service in a clean environment, monitoring productivity, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills, have food service operation knowledge, and the ability to lead a team effectively. Flexible availability for various shifts is essential, as well as commitment to a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in food service operations.
• Knowledge of food safety and physical safety guidelines.
• Able to develop and maintain effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in daily operations.
• Direct Team Members to ensure speed of service and cleanliness.
• Monitors Team Member productivity and provides timely feedback.
• Assist in training of new Team Members.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve complaints.
