Qualifications

• Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, or restaurant assistant manager is very helpful to your success in this role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Encourage the team to stay true to 2nd Mile Service goals.
• Provide immediate and respectful responses to guests' needs.
• Assist in training of new hires; set the tone for a shift; act as a role model for the team.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player.
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, be a key holder.
• Count drawers and finalize the day.
