You will oversee food standards, manage shift operations, train hourly staff, ensure hospitality at all times, handle schedules and records, assist with budget goals, and enforce safety, sanitation, and wage laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food standards and production by following procedures.
• Manage shift operations and ensure dining room, service area and kitchen procedures are followed.
• Train and counsel hourly team members on their shifts.
• Provide top-level hospitality and service to guests at all times.
• Coach hourly staff during shifts as needed.
• Maintain personnel records, team member schedules and reports.
• Prepare and maintain administrative and financial records as directed by GM.
• Assist GM/AM in daily restaurant operations within budget.
• Ensure promotions and marketing plans are executed per procedures.
• Ensure consistent operating hours during shifts.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations and labor laws.
