Chicken Salad Chick in Conroe, TX is seeking an Hourly Shift Lead to support the GM and AM in daily restaurant operations, guest service, and shift management to deliver a superb guest experience.

Responsibilities include assisting with budgeting, ensuring food safety and quality, training hourly team members, maintaining schedules and records, and coaching staff to provide the highest level of hospitality during each shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Completion of formal Shift Leader classes provided by corporate training.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM/AM in daily operation within budget.
• Ensure compliance with food standards, quality, and safety procedures.
• Ensure procedures are followed in dining room, service area and kitchen.
• Train and counsel hourly team members on your shift.
• Provide the highest level of hospitality and service to guests.
• Coach hourly team members during the shift as needed.
• Maintain personnel records, team member schedules, and reports.
• Prepare and maintain administrative and financial records as directed.
• Ensure promotions and marketing plans are presented according to procedures.
• Maintain restaurant hours during shift.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards and regulations.
• Make decisions on staffing and shift operations; escalate hiring/pay actions as needed.
