Job summary

Chicken Salad Chick is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in delivering an engaging environment for restaurant teams and guests. You will help drive operational excellence, lead by example, and uphold the Chicken Salad Chick Culture.

With a focus on administration, training, and facility maintenance, you will guide staff development, manage paperwork, and ensure inventory and safety standards are met to create memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• One to two years related experience and/or training.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and learn new software quickly.
• Knowledge of back office tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Brand Ambassador for Chicken Salad Chick.
• Understand and adhere to policies, procedures, standards and training programs.
• Ensure guests are welcomed with friendly, responsive service.
• Ensure products are prepared and served to CSC standards.
• Train staff to achieve sales, service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Assist with cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
