Job summary

Chicken Salad Chick is seeking a Store Leader in Missouri to direct planning, training, and operations to meet sales, service, quality and sanitation goals. You will support the GM, uphold brand standards, and ensure staff deliver friendly, efficient guest service while maintaining cost controls.

Responsibilities include staffing decisions, labor scheduling, payroll accuracy, and ensuring product quality and cleanliness.

• Be a key support person for the GM as Brand Ambassador for Chicken Salad Chick.
• Ensure Guest satisfaction with responsive, friendly service and adherence to CSC standards.
• Oversee product preparation and adherence to CSC standards.
• Schedule labor to balance guest service and labor costs.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures and program controls.
• Drive staff development and performance appraisals.
• Maintain brand standards for uniform appearance and grooming.
