Job summary

Akash Management, LLC (Carl’s Jr.) is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Restaurant Management Team in driving sales and guest satisfaction. The role requires supervising shift activities, ensuring service excellence, and maintaining daily operations.

You will lead by example, uphold procedures, and help resolve issues promptly to protect profits and guest experience. The position is available for full-time or part-time candidates who can work flexible hours, including openings and closings.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.
• Stand for long periods and bend/stoop as needed.
• Occasionally work in walk-in coolers/freezers.
• Vision abilities for distance, near, color, depth, and peripheral.
• Ability to operate a computer and/or cash register.
• Work around heat and cleaning products.
• Willing to cross-train on positions within the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Consistently delivers quality product and guest service to achieve total guest satisfaction.
• Fosters honest, open communication across the organization.
• Plans, organizes and executes daily operations and paperwork.
• Supervise opening/closing duties as directed.
• Support management decisions and directives.
• Follow POS and cash handling procedures.
• Resolve guest questions, complaints, and problems promptly with management involvement.
• Delegate tasks and motivate the team to meet goals.
