Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants, LLC seeks a Shift Leader to guide restaurant teams in delivering exceptional service and quality food in a clean, safe environment. You will oversee opening/closing, inventory, and ensure standards across all station roles while coaching crew to maintain performance and guest satisfaction.

The role requires the ability to stand up to 10 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and work flexible hours with no late nights. Competitive compensation with tips and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented leadership and coaching experience preferred.
• Able to manage shifting labor metrics and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead, monitor, coach and train team members during shifts to ensure execution.
• Open and close restaurant operations, including readiness checks and cash handling.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by following service standards and resolving issues with the GM.
• Oversee meal preparation areas and assist where needed to support team.
