Boddie-Noell Enterprises Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader for our Hardee's location in Elizabethtown, KY. This part-time role supports the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager, driving quality, service, and cleanliness while managing costs and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Assist with crew duties as needed and lead meetings.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standards and profitability.
• Monitor inventory and maintain records per company policy.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed and deposits are handled properly.
