Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an energetic Restaurant Shift Leader for our Hardee's location in Northern Kentucky.

You’ll supervise shifts, model customer-first service, and help drive quality, safety and speed while supporting the General Manager. Responsibilities include training crew, managing labor and inventory, leading pre-shift meetings, handling cash responsibly, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid driver’s license.
• Fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management guidance.
• Conduct crew meetings before shifts as needed to discuss procedures and safety.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to meet company GAP standards.
