Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Able to lead, recognize, and train talent.
• Preferably valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management guidance.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with staff and management.
• Assist with crew duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift, discuss operations and promotions.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to meet company GAP standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment with proper operating, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Handle cash during shifts including deposits and procedures.
