Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader for Hardee’s in Hazard, KY. You will supervise shifts, train crew, control labor costs, and ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and safety to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• 1 year of shift management experience
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Preferably Valid Driver’s License
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain the company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of management.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and crew.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss operations procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standard.
• Control inventory to meet company GAP standard.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and state/federal regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment with proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Be responsible for all cash during shifts including deposits and ensure procedures are followed.
