Job summary

TACO BELL is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager in Old Greenwich, CT. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead a team of crew members, maintain food quality and safety, and ensure top-notch guest service during your shift.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, scheduling, opening/closing, and achieving financial targets while upholding company standards and policies. A strong leadership background and knowledge of ServSafe or similar certifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate restaurant crew during shifts to ensure efficient operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promptly resolve inquiries or complaints.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Create and manage shift schedules to maintain adequate staffing levels.
• Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching for staff development.
• Monitor sales and expenses to meet financial targets and control costs.
• Collaborate with management to align on goals and ensure smooth restaurant operations.
