Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. This role leads service staff, ensures operational standards, and drives guest satisfaction while upholding our service culture.

The candidate should have at least two years of restaurant/bar supervision experience, a high school diploma, and bartending certification is preferred. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities within a large hospitality organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education.
• Minimum of two years in restaurant/bar experience leading shifts without supervision.
• Certification in bartending preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, monitors and coaches restaurant staff.
• Directs and assigns restaurant employees to meet service standards.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Encourages customer service focus and guest satisfaction.
• Resolves guest requests promptly and respectfully.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
