Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to join our hospitality team in the United States. This role focuses on supervising staff, upholding service standards, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will lead shifts, coordinate opening/closing duties, and ensure compliant operations with local regulations. The position requires strong communication, flexibility, and a customer-first mindset to drive service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years leading restaurant/bar shifts without supervision.
• Bartending certification preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, monitors and coaches restaurant staff.
• Directs and assigns restaurant employees to meet service standards.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties for the restaurant.
• Reinforces customer service mentality and focuses on guest satisfaction.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervises, trains, monitors and coaches restaurant staff
• Directs and assigns restaurant employees as needed to ensure all aspects of service meet operational standards
• Performs restaurant opening and/or closing dutiesReinforces a customer service mentality and ensures all employees are focused on serving the customer at all times
• Immediately and respectfully resolves guest requests
• Perform various other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education
• Minimum of two (2) years in restaurant/bar experience leading shifts without supervision
• Certification in bartending preferred
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally

• Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members

• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
• Knowledge of local alcohol serving practices and standards
• Knowledge of federal and state labor laws as well as local health and sanitation laws and regulations
