Job summary

Ultipro's Shift Leader in Georgia supports the General Manager and on-duty supervisor to ensure adherence to the restaurant's business plan, guiding crew and team leaders to meet expectations across all duties. You will collaborate with the management team to deliver quality service, drive sales, control costs, and uphold company values through effective communication and training.

Other duties may be assigned as business needs change.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience or equivalent education.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Strong team-building abilities.
• Investigative and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide a quality product and customer service experience that delivers total customer satisfaction.
• Lead shift activities to maximize sales and minimize controllable costs.
• Comply with company policies and uphold shared values.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Attend training and participate in meetings/webinars.
