HAZA BELL in Spencer, Iowa is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to oversee operations during your shift, lead a team of crew members, ensure quality food, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. You will manage opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, staffing, training, and compliance with food safety standards while coaching team members for fast, friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach restaurant crew members to deliver great service.
• Ensure outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries promptly.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling and reconciliation.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies to meet demand.
• Create and maintain shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing.
• Train new hires on policies, procedures and safety protocols.
