HAZA BELL operates a Taco Bell franchise in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. As Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will support the Restaurant General Manager, lead great work shifts, and uphold Taco Bell standards while guiding team members toward excellence.

You will supervise crew, mentor Shift Leads, manage schedules, ensure food safety and hospitality, monitor finances and inventory, and drive guest satisfaction with fast, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or assistant management experience in restaurants.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM with daily operations, opening/closing, cash handling.
• Oversee sanitation, food safety, and cleanliness.
• Supervise crew and shift managers; schedule staffing.
• Train and coach team; conduct evaluations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle inquiries.
• Monitor sales, costs, and generate financial reports.
• Manage inventory and supplier orders.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety.
• Communicate operational updates with staff and HQ.
