Shake Shack is hiring for a leadership role in restaurant operations, focusing on directing service flow, ensuring safety and quality, and mentoring hourly team members. The position emphasizes hands-on leadership and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates will have restaurant leadership experience, a valid Food Safety Certification, strong problem solving, and excellent communication.

Formación

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills and effective communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.)
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
