Compensation: $13.00 / hour + an incredible tip share program. Our Restaurant Shift Supervisors average almost $4/hour in tip earnings!

Summary

As part of our Restaurants Leadership team, Shift Supervisors direct the Squad Crew to deliver amazing pizzas and salads to our guests with style and personalization. You set the example of serving and creating a place where everyone can experience personalized pizza.

You will lead the making of pizzas for diverse tastes, from veggie lovers to meat enthusiasts, and support a culture where everyone belongs.

Key Responsibilities

• Model MOD values and behaviors, demonstrating a service mindset through effective leadership
• Create a positive MOD vibe that exceeds customer expectations
• Coach Shift Supervisors to maintain high energy and positivity
• Train and demonstrate methods for accomplishing store tasks
• Know and uphold all Operational Standards and resources
• Partner with the General Manager to engage the community

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
• Experience leading, coaching, and motivating front-line employees
• Strategic thinking with tactical action
• Ability to remain calm and focused during busy operations
• Must be at least 18 years old
