Compensation: $13.00 / hour + tip share program. Our Restaurant Shift Supervisors average nearly $4/hour in tips!

Summary

As a part of our leadership team, Shift Supervisors direct the Squad Crew to deliver excellent pizzas and salads with style and personalization. You set the example of service and create an inclusive environment where everyone can enjoy personalized pizza experiences.

You will lead the making of pizzas for diverse customer preferences, fostering an environment where pizza is personal and everyone belongs.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate staff
• Strategic thinking with tactical execution
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
• Must be at least 18 years old
