Job summary

Chick-fil-A Southridge Center is seeking a Shift Leader to guide a dynamic team is front and back of house, delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will lead on-shift operations, train Team Members, and uphold service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay is $18 per hour with opportunities for growth, plus comprehensive training and benefits designed to support team development and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Leadership experience preferred, ideally in customer service or kitchen environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 10 hours, and stay physically active.

Responsibilities

• Build positive working relationships and provide direction and feedback to Team Members.
• Partner with the management team to train and track new Team Members' performance.
• Motivate Team Members to maintain strong customer service scores.
• Ensure shift tasks and opening/closing duties are completed on time.
• Take ownership of the restaurant facilities, keeping them organized and up to sanitation and food safety standards.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of key positions in both Front of House and Back of House.
