Compensation: / hour + an incredible tip share program. Our Restaurant Shift Supervisors average almost $4/hour in tip earnings!

Summary

As a part of our Restaurants Leadership team, Shift Supervisors direct the Squad Crew to deliver amazing pizzas and salads to our guests with radical style and personalization. You set the example of what it means to serve, creating a place and platform where everyone can experience pizza that is personal.

You will lead the making of pizzas for diverse preferences and dietary choices. Together, we’re creating an experience where pizza is personal, and everyone belongs.

Key Responsibilities

• Be an example of MOD values and behaviors, demonstrating a service mindset through effective leadership
• Create a MOD vibe that exceeds customer expectations
• Coach Shift Supervisors to maintain high energy and positivity during shifts
• Train and demonstrate methods for accomplishing store tasks
• Maintain knowledge of all operational standards and resources
• Partner with the General Manager to engage with the community

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
• Experience leading, coaching, and motivating front-line employees
• Strategic thinking and tactical execution skills
• Ability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant environments
• Must be at least 18 years old
