Compensation: $13.25 per hour plus tips.

Summary

As part of our Restaurants Leadership team, Shift Supervisors direct the Squad Crew to deliver amazing pizzas and salads to our guests with style and personalization. You set the example of what it means to serve, creating a place and platform where everyone can experience pizza that is personal.

You will lead the making of pizzas for veggie pilers, pepperoni perfectionists, and plant-based pioneers. Pizzas built for carb cutters and culinary experimentalists. Together, we’re creating an experience where pizza is personal, and everyone belongs.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
• Experience leading, coaching, training, and motivating front-line employees successfully
• Ability to think strategically and act tactically
• Ability to stay calm and focused during busy restaurant operations
• Must be at least 18 years old
