Compensation: $13.25 per hour plus tips.

Summary

As part of our Restaurants Leadership team, Shift Supervisors direct the Squad Crew to deliver amazing pizzas and salads to our guests with style and personalization. You set the example of service and create a place where everyone can experience personalized pizza.

You will lead the making of pizzas for diverse preferences, from veggie lovers to plant-based pioneers. Together, we’re creating an experience where pizza is personal and everyone belongs.

Key Responsibilities

• Model MOD values and behaviors, demonstrating a service mindset through effective leadership
• Create a MOD vibe that meets customer expectations
• Coach Shift Supervisors to maintain high energy and a positive shift environment
• Train and coach Squad members in all store tasks and standards
• Ensure knowledge of operational standards and resources
• Partner with the General Manager to engage the restaurant community

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
• Proven success in leading, coaching, and motivating front-line employees
• Strategic thinking with tactical action skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused during busy operations
• Must be at least 18 years old
