Compensation: $14.50 per hour plus tips.

Summary

As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead the Squad Crew to deliver exceptional pizzas and salads, embodying our service values and creating an inclusive environment where everyone can enjoy personalized pizza experiences. You will support the development of your team and uphold operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example, demonstrating MOD values and a service mindset
• Create a positive and energetic atmosphere for customers and staff
• Coach and motivate team members during shifts
• Train staff in store operations and standards
• Partner with the General Manager to engage with the community

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
• Experience in leading, coaching, and motivating team members
• Strategic thinking with tactical execution skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused during busy periods
• Must be at least 18 years old
