Compensation: $13.25 / hour + an incredible tip share program. Our Restaurant Shift Supervisors average almost $4/hour in tip earnings!

Summary

As a part of our Restaurants Leadership team, Shift Supervisors direct the Squad Crew to deliver amazing pizzas and salads to our guests with style and personalization. You set the example of what it means to serve and create a place where everyone can experience personalized pizza.

You will lead the making of pizzas for diverse customer preferences, fostering an inclusive environment where pizza is personal and everyone belongs.

Key Responsibilities

• Be an example of MOD values and behaviors, exemplify a service mindset through leadership
• Create a positive MOD vibe for customers
• Coach Shift Supervisors to maintain high energy and positivity
• Train and coach the Squad in store tasks
• Know operational standards and resources
• Partner with the General Manager to engage the community

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
• Experience leading, coaching, and motivating team members
• Strategic thinking with tactical action
• Ability to stay calm in busy operations
• Must be at least 18 years old
