Compensation: $13.25 / hour + an incredible tip share program. Our Restaurant Shift Supervisors average nearly $4/hour in tips!

Summary

As a part of our Restaurants Leadership team, Shift Supervisors direct the Squad Crew to deliver amazing pizzas and salads to our guests with style and personalization. You set the example of what it means to serve, creating a place and platform where everyone can experience personalized pizza.

You will lead the making of pizzas for diverse groups — from veggie lovers to plant-based pioneers, from carb cutters to culinary experimentalists. Together, we’re creating an experience where pizza is personal, and everyone belongs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example, embodying MOD values and behaviors, and demonstrate a service mindset
• Create the MOD vibe that our customers expect
• Coach Shift Supervisors to maintain high energy and positive shifts
• Train and demonstrate methods for accomplishing store tasks
• Maintain knowledge of operational standards and resources
• Partner with the General Manager to engage the restaurant community

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead, coach, train, and motivate front-line staff
• Strategic thinking with tactical action
• Ability to stay calm and focused during busy operations
• Must be at least 18 years old
