Job summary

Chick-fil-A Heath is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations, supervise restaurant staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will drive shift performance, manage tasks, and uphold Chick-fil-A culture and brand vision in a fast-paced environment.

This role supports both Front of House and Back of House operations, with a schedule that rotates across opening, mid-shift, and closing shifts, starting around November 23, 2026.

Shift Leaders at Chick-fil-A Heath are responsible for day-to-day task management of restaurant systems, engaging and solving customer concerns and issues, and the supervision of team member shifts and duties.A shift leader is also responsible for implementing and abiding by the Chick-fil-A culture, goals and brand vision.Shift Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.The work schedule for this position will rotate to include a combination of opening, mid-shift, and closing.

We are hiring for both Restaurant Front of the House and Back of the House Shift Leaders.

This role will begin on/around Monday, November 23, 2026.

• Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
