Responsibilities

• Directly supervise shift operations in a restaurant and coordinate team members.
• Provide excellent guest service in a fast, friendly manner and coach others.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform housekeeping, assigning duties and following up.
• Ensure food items are prepared and served per Brand, Company, and health codes; coach staff.
• Monitor cash, sales, and inventory; complete end-of-shift and end-of-day paperwork.
• Communicate discrepancies to the immediate supervisor.
• Guarantee a safe environment by following laws and safety codes.
• Complete incident reports according to policy.
