• Directly supervise a shift and coordinate team duties.
• Ensure food safety, quality and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain cash, sales and inventory accuracy during shift.
• Complete shift and end-of-day paperwork and report discrepancies.
• Ensure a safe environment for staff and guests following laws and codes.
• Provide consistent guest service and coaching to staff.
• Communicate any issues to supervisor and follow up as needed.
