Responsibilities

• Supervise the operations of a shift in a restaurant.
• Coordinate the work of team members assigned to the shift and maintain standards.
• Ensure guests leave satisfied and that food safety guidelines are followed.
• Direct team and ensure accurate cash, sales, and inventory records for the shift.
• Complete end-of-shift and end-of-day paperwork and report discrepancies to a supervisor.
