Circle K is seeking a part-time Restaurant Shift Lead in Charlotte, NC. This role supervises a shift, coordinates team tasks, and ensures brand standards and guest satisfaction are met.

You will coach staff, manage cleanliness, and enforce safety and food handling guidelines while handling cash and paperwork. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service and coaches team members to do the same
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment and assigns shift duties
• Directs team and ensures food items are prepared per guidelines
• Ensures product quality, food safety and standards are met
• Monitors cash, sales and inventory; completes end-of-shift paperwork
• Communicates discrepancies to supervisor
• Maintains a safe environment following laws and safety codes
• Completes incident reports per policy
• Upholds company values and teamwork
