Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to provide leadership and hands-on supervision at the Wisconsin unit. The AGM will ensure clean, efficient, and profitable operation, model exemplary behavior, and drive guest hospitality while coaching crew members on service standards.

The AGM will monitor operations, manage shifts, and oversee cash procedures, inventory, and safety compliance to meet margins and sales targets. Strong communication and people-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and cash handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders.
• Prepare and package food and drinks to standard.
• Operate POS, handle payments and make change.
• Maintain cleanliness in back-of-house, lobby and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Schedule shifts and deploy team to meet service goals.
• Coach and develop team members; provide feedback.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and labor laws.
• Monitor sales, labor, inventory and expenses; take corrective action.
• Support opening/closing duties and cash procedures.
