The role emphasizes hands‑on leadership, ensuring quality service, adherence to health and safety standards, and effective teamwork to meet guest expectations and business goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Previous food service experience—kitchen/cooking experience required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software.
• Ability to stay calm and thrive under pressure.
• Excellent management and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide input on new menus and specials.
• Help train and manage employees and assign duties as needed.
• Lead team in providing exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer complaints gracefully and with tact.
• Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels, reorder and restock when necessary.
• Cover the shifts of absent employees.
