Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Restaurant Shift Lead to join our team. The role emphasizes hands-on supervision, strong communication, and leadership to support the management team.

You will help manage costs, labor, and guest flow while coaching staff to ensure consistency in food and service and maintaining our core values of passion, partnership, integrity, and fun with purpose. Pay is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package after one year of service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership skills are required for a Restaurant Shift Lead.

Responsibilities

• Helping to maintain projected costs and labor during scheduled shifts
• “Hands on” supervision of the restaurant, including occasional non-scheduled duties
• Hosting promotions and Alley Rallies
• Ensuring staff follow recipes and procedures
• Enforcing liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Managing guest flow and ticket times
• Coaching staff to maintain food and service consistency to increase sales
• 100% table visits where applicable
• Maintaining safe food handling procedures
• Upholding company culture and core values in daily operations
• Working during peak hours to set pace in Front or Back of House
• Creating a fun, safe environment with contests and incentives for staff
