Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Lead to support the management team with strong communication and leadership skills.

This role involves supervising operations across front and back of house and helping maintain service standards during peak hours. Roadies are paid weekly and receive a competitive total rewards package after one year, including medical, dental, tuition reimbursement, vacation, disability and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience supervising staff in a fast-paced setting is a plus.
• Customer service oriented with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Maintain projected costs and labor during scheduled shifts.
• Hands-on supervision of the restaurant with occasional non-scheduled duties.
• Host promotions and rallies to drive engagement and sales.
• Ensure staff follow established recipes and procedures.
• Enforce liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Manage guest flow and monitor ticket times.
• Coach employees to maintain consistency in food and service.
• 100% table visits when applicable.
• Understand and practice safe food handling procedures.
• Maintain culture and core values: passion, partnership, integrity, and fun with purpose.
• Work during peak hours to set the pace in Front or Back of House.
