Freddy’s Shift Managers assist the Assistant and General Manager in the daily operations of our restaurants, providing leadership and motivating team members to meet operational goals. You’ll control labor and food costs, build relationships with guests, handle guest issues and serve as a model of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Natural leadership and a self-starting personality.
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Strong communication skills with guests and team members.
• Ability to use a point-of-sale system.
• Willingness to jump in and assist co-workers; team-player mentality.

Responsibilities

• Teach and practice Freddy’s standards of hospitality, quality and cleanliness.
• Lead by example; be organized and vocal, with strong time-management skills.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and accept coaching/constructive criticism
• Practice situational management and maintain a sense of urgency at all times
• Correct operational mistakes with the goal of satisfying the guest
• Spend the majority of time on the restaurant floor (not in the office)
• Assess team‑member performance, coach and develop them, and build a positive team culture
• Reduce waste, manage labor and improve overall efficiency
• Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility and equipment
• Foster strong vendor relations and ensure product execution is on point
