Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or assistant management experience in restaurants.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist the restaurant general manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and shift management.
• Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and adherence to food safety regulations; ensure efficient resource use to maximize profitability.
• Supervise and train crew members and shift managers; schedule staffing to meet needs; conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints; uphold brand standards and hospitality.
• Assist in managing restaurant finances, including sales and expenses; prepare reports on sales, inventory, and labor costs.
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies; ensure proper storage and freshness of food/bev products.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations; conduct regular inspections and audits.
• Communicate with restaurant manager, staff, and corporate HQ; coordinate operations for seamless service.
