Job summary

Pollo Tropical is seeking a Team Member to support food preparation and service, maintain a clean dining area, and assist with daily restaurant operations.

You will greet guests, take orders, prepare and package food, handle cash transactions, stock supplies, and follow safety and sanitation procedures while delivering friendly service. No supervisory responsibilities; minimum age 16; applicants must speak English.

Qualifications

• 16+ years of age required.
• Ability to communicate with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to learn POS cash register and kitchen screens.
• Must be able to understand and follow safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and thank customers.
• Take customer orders and relay to kitchen.
• Prepare, package and pour food and beverages.
• Stock kitchen and service areas with supplies.
• Handle cash transactions and give correct change.
• Unload deliveries and maintain clean restaurant premises.
• Observe alcohol laws where applicable and ensure safe access.
