Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Open Availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Motivate and develop a passionate team for execution and hospitality.
• Strong P&L knowledge; obtain required local/state certifications as needed.
• Working knowledge of Excel/Outlook/Word; health code familiarity preferred.
• Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot schedules.
