Job summary

Spire Hospitality is seeking a diligent Food Server to join our Fremont restaurant team. You will provide attentive guest service, take orders, deliver meals and beverages, handle payments, and maintain a clean, organized dining area.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of server experience, along with Alcohol Beverage Server Certification and Food Handlers Certification. This is a part-time role with opportunities to grow within our hospitality group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of server experience in a similar setting.
• Alcohol Beverage Server Certification required.
• Food Handlers Certification required.

Essential Job Functions:

• Deliver best‑in‑class service to our guests with engagement and thoughtfulness.
• Take and deliver guests' food and beverage orders with enthusiasm, regularly revisit the table to ensure beverages are filled and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Generate checks through PMS and receive payments efficiently for each guest.
• Maintain daily organization of the restaurant, ensuring all condiments and supplies are replenished.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all restaurant and service workstations.

Compensation: $18.20

Physical Demands:

• Kneel, stoop, grasp, lift and carry, and transport 50-75 lbs.
• Work most of the shift standing and moving about in the restaurants and kitchen areas.

Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or its equivalent.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year Server experience in a similar role, size of operation preferred.
• Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required.
• Food Handlers Certification required.
