Job summary

Madero Cantina in Fullerton, CA is seeking an experienced Server to join our fast-paced restaurant and bar team. You will deliver attentive, professional service and create memorable guest experiences.

You should be able to take orders accurately, communicate clearly with kitchen staff, handle payments, and maintain high standards of safety and sanitation in a team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and 18+ years old.
• California ABC Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification and Food Handler Certification required or able to obtain.
• Minimum of 2 years restaurant serving experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
• Excellent listening and guest-service orientation.

The Role

Requirements and Skills
