Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort and The Set are seeking their next Restaurant Server to join the team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and a talent for creating memorable guest experiences.

As a Food Server, you will deliver food and beverages with warmth, learn the menu, take orders, and ensure smooth service while upholding health and safety standards. The role requires flexibility, clear English, and a smile.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Proficiency in English for clear guest and team communication.
• Legal age to serve alcohol in the state of employment.
• Previous food service experience in a restaurant, coffee shop, cruise ship, military, cafeteria, healthcare, education, or entertainment setting preferred.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service, including wines, beers, spirits, cocktails, hot and non‑alcoholic beverages, cuisines, and accompaniments, with a focus on enhancing the overall dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Delight guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their meal experience special
• Master the menu: Learn the details of all menu items, promotions, and specials so you can help guests and answer their questions with confidence
• Serve with efficiency and care: Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and deliver completed orders promptly – attention to detail is key!
• Manage the food service station: Make sure the food service station is always fully stocked, clean, and organized
• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well‑being
