Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year of restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Food Handler Certification required or ability to obtain.
• Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification required in CA law.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and guest engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm, professional, and engaging manner.
• Present menus and describe items, specials, ingredients, and prep.
• Make wine and cocktail recommendations to guests.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service.
• Enter orders into the POS system and relay requests to the kitchen.
• Serve food and drinks to luxury standards and sequence of service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests or concerns.
• Maintain clean, organized dining areas and stations.
• Process guest checks and payments accurately.
• Support opening/closing duties and side work assignments.
