Sonesta Hotels is seeking a friendly Food Server to deliver attentive hospitality across our dining outlets. You’ll engage guests, answer questions, and guide menu selections to create memorable dining experiences. The role supports restaurant, lounge, and banquet operations in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Ideal candidates bring restaurant or hotel service experience, strong communication, and a teamwork mindset. Availability includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and events as needed.

Qualificações

• Experience in food service, hotel or restaurant environments preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills with a friendly attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and wine/beverage basics.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, attentive food and beverage service across dining operations.
• Take orders accurately, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Serve according to standards, maintain timing and presentation.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, beverages, promotions, and daily specials.
• Process transactions and operate POS accurately.
• Support smooth operations with team collaboration.
