Job summary

DelMonte Hotel Group is seeking a part-time Restaurant Server for the AC Cleveland Beachwood location. The role involves greeting guests, serving meals, taking orders, and ensuring exceptional guest service in a newly constructed lifestyle hotel in Orange Village, OH.

We value team members with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills, able to upsell menu items and maintain a clean dining area.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 months related experience; High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, escort them to tables, and provide menus as needed.
• Take and relay orders to kitchen, and serve courses to guests.
• Answer phones and assist guests with reservations or questions.
• Record sales transactions and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Inspect fixtures and report any maintenance needs.
• Provide information about hours and services of the hotel.
• Support in restocking and resetting tables as needed
