Job summary

HM Alpha Hotels & Resorts is seeking a polished Restaurant Server to ensure a professional dining experience from guest arrival through departure.

You will greet guests, take accurate orders, and deliver beverages and meals promptly while maintaining familiarity with menu items and promotions. The role requires weekend availability and compliance with safety and alcohol service standards.

Job description

The Restaurant Server ensures a polished and professional dining experience by providing attentive, accurate, and courteous service to all guests. This role directly impacts guest satisfaction, repeat business, and the overall reputation of the dining establishment. Must be able to work weekends, holidays, mornings, and nights.

HOW YOU'LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE

Provide warm, professional and attentive service from arrival through departure.

Greet guests promptly, present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.

Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, beverages, daily features and promotions.

Make confident food, wine, cocktail and beverage recommendations to enhance the guest experience.

Anticipate guest needs, maintain tables throughout service and respond promptly to requests or concerns.

Accurately process guest checks, credit cards, cash and hotel room charges.

Maintain clean, organized, stocked and guest-ready server stations and service areas.

Complete all assigned opening, running and closing side work.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, responsible alcohol service and hotel standards.

Support fellow Food & Beverage team members and other outlets as business needs require.

• Ongoing training in hospitality and service excellence encouraged.
