Description

• Provides Exceptional guest service and ensures all guests inquires and concerns are addressed promptly
• Presents appropriate menus and informs guests of current specials and promotions
• Verifies age requirements are met for purchase of alcohol as needed
• Maintains updated knowledge related to current menu options, preparation methods and techniques and ingredients
• Communicates orders to the kitchen promptly and with accuracy
• Attentively listens to guests and anticipates any additional needs or concerns
• Collects used dishes, silverware and glasses from tables and other public areas
• Ensures to-go orders are prepared and ready for guest pickup including condiments and utensils
• Assists in monitoring and upholding policies and procedures for the safety of guests and team members
• Assist team members and other department and needed to contribute to operational efficiency
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and appropriate inventories throughout the department
• Preforms additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
