CHOPT Senior Assistant Manager

Base compensation: $20.00-$23.50 per hour

Hours per week: 45 (OT may be scheduled or worked based on business needs)

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the restaurant & General Manager by fostering a positive, inclusive work environment
• Prioritizing exceptional customer service and hospitality
• Training and coaching staff to develop talent
• Ensuring food safety, sanitation, and safe working conditions
• Representing and protecting the CHOPT brand
• Maintaining policy compliance
• Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering

Qualifications:

• Prior restaurant management or supervisory experience
• ServSafe certification and other required food safety certifications
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer or tablet proficiency
• Manual dexterity for operating kitchen tools
• Ability to occasionally move items up to 25 pounds
